Boston Roller Derby presents Roller Derby Bootcamp hosted by Boston 2017 Travel Team

Kick Start your 2017 Roller Derby Season with The Boston Massacre andThe Boston B Party!
We are hosting a roller derby workshop the day after our Home Team season opener (Boston Roller Derby: Home Team Season Opener) that will cover footwork, defensive and offensive strategy and end with a scrimmage!
These sections will be taught by our very own Massacre Skaters, but there will also be Travel Team skaters taking these classes with you to offer more tailored and personal advice!
Bootcamp is targeted for both intermediate and advanced skaters!
Intermediate: You have a few bouts under your belt, maybe even a season or two. You're comfortable in the pack, and wearing the star. But you're looking to expand your tool set and push your skills to the next level.
Advanced: You son, are a veteran. You know the game, you know the rules, you know what your feet can do. You play inter-league games, and you aspire to or play in WFTDA D1 competition. Come learn what tricks Boston has up its sleeve.

Event Schedule:
- 10-11: Warm-up and Footwork
- 11:15-12:45: Defensive Blocking
- 12:45-1:45: Lunch
- 2-3:30: Jamming and Offensive Blocking
- 4:30-6: Scrimmage

- Bootcamp only: $40
- Combo - Bootcamp plus ticket to 2/25 BRD game: $50
